That is why we at Saad Homes do our best to make the customer feel comfortable during all the stages of construction.  That is why we pride ourselves in being one of the few builders that is always there to help the customer.  If you haven't obtained a lot yet, we begin by offering you a selection of lots in areas throughout South Florida available to you through Saad Homes.  We then have our architects design a plan according to your specifications.  Once the initial design is complete, Saad Homes takes care of acquiring all building permits and adhering to all zoning specifications to prevent any inconveniences during the construction of the home.  At this point, we help you choose from a large array of financial plans, the one most suitable for you.  After this, the actual construction of your home begins, where any final changes can still be worked in.  At the stage where color selection comes in (bathroom tile, kitchen tile, cabinets, roman tubs, etc ...)  Saad Homes will provide a decorator consultant to help you select the most visually pleasing color scheme for your new home.
